We do accept assignment of benefits from your insurance company and will gladly file to your insurance as a courtesy to you. You are then responsible for the difference from what insurance is estimated to pay and the total billed.
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
There will be a $25 charge for returned checks.
